Ulrich Mohr
... that Ulrich Mohr (pictured), a German naval officer on the Atlantis, led the search party of the captured Automedon that found documents revealing that the British could not hold Singapore if it was attacked by the Japanese?

- Date, hook, article size, and sources all check out, and the article follows Wikipedia policies and guidelines. Photo licensing seems to be in order. Good to go. — Hunter Kahn 04:36, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
- @Hunter Kahn:@Philafrenzy:@Whispyhistory: even without the "(pictured)", the hook is way over 200 characters long. Yoninah (talk) 12:18, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
- Oops yes, my mistake Yoninah, though it's actually only 13 characters over without counting the (pictured). Philafrenzy, how would the below hook work as an alternate? — Hunter Kahn 13:04, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
... that German naval officer Ulrich Mohr (pictured) led the search party of the captured Automedon that found documents revealing the British could not hold Singapore if it was attacked by the Japanese?- Thanks, that's fine. There is an alt as I am not sure that readers will get the full significance of the captured papers from the existing hook:
- Alt1 ... that when seeking to board an enemy ship, German naval officer Ulrich Mohr (pictured)
sometimesonce disguised himself as a British officer? Philafrenzy (talk) 13:30, 21 February 2020 (UTC)- Sorry, didn't realize this was still unresolved until I was just pinged. That alt is fine. — Hunter Kahn 13:16, 4 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Philafrenzy: Hi, I came by to promote ALT1, but I would like to change "sometimes" to "once", per the source. Yoninah (talk) 19:46, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
- My understanding is that he often did this. I note that the cited source states "the subterfuge worked again". I think "sometimes" is reasonable in the circumstances. Philafrenzy (talk) 21:02, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Philafrenzy: well, your article says nothing about this. It says (1) he boarded enemy ships, and (2) when he boarded Ole Jakob, he wore a British army uniform. Please add another line to the article, with a source. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 22:46, 9 April 2020 (UTC)
- @Yoninah: I can't find it now, it's been two months since I had the sources. Please change it to once. It still works. Philafrenzy (talk) 20:31, 15 April 2020 (UTC)
