USS John Finn (DDG-113)
[edit]- ... that John Finn (DDG-113) is named in honor of John William Finn, the first Medal of Honor recipient of World War II?
- Comment: The omission of "USS" is due to the fact that the ship is yet to be commissioned, when the prefix officially comes into use until its decommissioning. However, the article title incorporates "USS" because, there are heaps of articles that use the prefix although the ships are either yet to be commissioned, or had been retired.

- Barely makes the size cutoff with 1513 characters. Well sourced, but there must be more detail that can be included. While checking for copyvio, will look for more. Mgrē@sŏn 02:38, 25 February 2012 (UTC)
- Expanded a bit while checking sources. No close paraphrasing found, interesting article, hook is unexceptional, but acceptable. IMHO, good to go. Mgrē@sŏn 20:37, 26 February 2012 (UTC)
