Tsarevich Ivan Dmitriyevich
[edit]- ... that "Tsarevich" Ivan Dmitriyevich was only three years old when he was executed?

- Does the article really say, "spotted by a plotter and he was shot on the spot"? Sounds like Dr. Seuss. This article is not fully referenced. It draws heavily from Russian-language Wikipedia and uses that unreliable source as a reference seven times. Stripped of that reference there is only one left. - Well, if you do not trust this source, google "Tsarevich Ivan Dmitriyevich" and see that you will find all of the things referenced from ru.wikipedia. --Alexcoldcasefan 08:09, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
- I am just pointing out that the article does not meet DYK rules if Russian Wikipedia is the main reference. I know that I can research the subject and find out better sources. You can, too. That's not the point... the point is that the article needs to have non-Wikipedia references, more than just the one remaining after Russian Wikipedia is removed. - I have removed the Russian Wikipedia source per WP:PSTS: "Wikipedia articles may not be used as tertiary sources in other Wikipedia articles". Binksternet (talk) 09:00, 2 December 2011 (UTC)
- This DYK nomination is heading nowhere unless the article can be supported with reliable sources, one per paragraph at a minimum. Binksternet (talk) 23:00, 3 December 2011 (UTC)
