Tinirau (genus)
[edit]... that the Devonian stem tetrapod Tinirau clackae (pictured) was named after the half-human half-fish character Tinirau in Polynesian legend because of its transitional position between fish in the sea and vertebrate life on land?

- Hook too long, by more than 20 characters. I would suggest ending the hook immediately after the word "legend", if a shorter way of saying the rest of the hook cannot be found. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 22:25, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
