- Comment: I'd really like some suggestions for improving the hook, this year the event was really badly disrupted by trolls who got their accounts banned 9 times in 10 hours. I would like to include this in a way that isn't encouraging trolls to disrupt fundraisers

Overall: Thank you for this useful article. In response to your comment above: I think that ALT0 is fine: it gives good news, and people want to hear that. I would personally not want to feed the trolls.
- Earwig picks up only common phrases, and a quotation which is clearly acknowledged in the article.
