Article is long enough, written neutrally, and was 5x expanded. Article has inline citations and seems free of close paraphrasing/plagiarism (Earwig checks out). This appears to be the 4th nomination for Bremps, so QPQ is not required (but will be next time). Per WP:SELFSOURCE, using her tweet for her birthday seems fine.
