- Comment: Is it possible that this be on the main page on 22 October? I know it is a little long but I hope that's fine. VincentLUFan (talk) (Kenton!) 11:36, 24 August 2020 (UTC)
- I don't think such a request would be accepted. Special occasion requests normally can't be more than six weeks away from the nomination, and October 22 is almost two months from the nomination date. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 12:18, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
- Perhaps it can be on 11 September, when Love Takes Time was released as a single since that promotional performance was mainly to promote that single. VincentLUFan (talk) (Kenton!) 12:38, 30 August 2020 (UTC)
- If we want 11 Sep we better get going ;) - Interesting EP, on many sources, books accepted AGF, no copyvio obvious. Can we have a hook mentioning 11 Sep, if we want to go for it? Or 22 Oct? To my understanding, the 6 weeks begin with approval, or we could perhaps make an exception. - I have a problem with both hooks we have so far: that the subject is piped too much. I'd expect an article about the club. Why not leave the title as she created it? I find the 30 years anniversary also noteworthy. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 14:48, 5 September 2020 (UTC)
- Oooo, sure I can propose alternates. Hang on.

- ALT4:
... that Mariah Carey covered Aretha Franklin's rendition of "Don't Play That Song" at The Live Debut – 1990, whom covered Ben E. King's original? - ALT5:
... that Aretha Franklin's cover version of "Don't Play That Song" was covered by Mariah Carey at The Live Debut – 1990 instead of Ben E. King's original? - @Gerda Arendt: hope this pleases your eyes more haha. VincentLUFan (talk) (Kenton!) 17:36, 5 September 2020 (UTC)
- Sorry for not following sooner, and the reminder. My heart was with a friend's death. No hook mentions 11 September, so we better forget that option. Sorry, I am still not happy. Too many names. I always get told that nobody knows the opera people I mention, so better don't get other singers into play. How is this:
- ALT2a:... that Mariah Carey performed her number-one hit for The Live Debut – 1990 at a club, but it was excluded in its EP? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:03, 8 September 2020 (UTC)

... that Mariah Carey covered "Don't Play That Song" at The Live Debut – 1990 as her tracklist gap-filler? - @Gerda Arendt: Also yes, I love ALT2a! However, Aretha Franklin is notable but I am willing to cut out Ben's part. VincentLUFan (talk) (Kenton!) 10:29, 9 September 2020 (UTC)
- (returned) I made some minor changes, such as italics, and drop a phrase. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:30, 9 September 2020 (UTC)
