The Director's Cut
[edit]( )
- ... that the Fantômas album The Director's Cut features a thrash metal cover of Nino Rota's theme from The Godfather?

- 5x expansion and article length okay, hook length okay, but I can't see in the cited source for the hook that "The Godfather" track is based on "Speak Softly Love (Love Theme from The Godfather)". Cheers, Ian Rose (talk) 12:45, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
- Hmm. It's the main theme from The Godfather (compare film and Fantômas), but the sources only identify it as the "Godfather theme" or such. Would a pipe link be okay, to use the wording in the sources but retain the link; or would a synthesis of sources (those already used plus something to identify "Speak Softly Love" as the theme from the film) work? - Piped for now; still trying to find a good source that explicitly states the theme's name and identity. GRAPPLE X 15:27, 4 August 2012 (UTC)
