Overall: When I checked core content items, I found that the Oxford Dictionary of National Biography links are broken, and should be re-cited, possibly by page number. There is also a fact I question. The article says she first married in 1722; that would be at age 13, her approximate age at time she was raped. Is that true?

Also, I have juggled sentence order in the article so that I could supply ALT2. Revert that edit if you wish, and of course strike ALT2 if you do.Georgejdorner (talk) 16:46, 31 March 2015 (UTC)

  • @Georgejdorner: - thanks for the review. I have checked the odnb links and they are fine, however you do need a password (which is free to all uk library users). I have added a note to make this clear. I don't think that the ODNB has been on paper for some years to page numbers are not possible. You could AGF these however. The marriage date does seem incredible, but its as the ODNB says it and I dont think its a misprint as she married again in 1724. I have added more detail to that bit to reassure you. Thanks again Victuallers (talk) 18:37, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
  • Ah, well, I am using a Macintosh to edit from rural northern California...kinda leaves room for all sorts of technical glitchery. Given your assurances, I of course assume good faith in the citations, even if they look broken on my screen. Thanks for the educational feedback on my queries. Jeez, what a rough life for that poor girl. This article is good to go, pending another reviewer ruling on the hook I supplied.Georgejdorner (talk) 01:10, 2 April 2015 (UTC)
