St. Patrokli, Soest
[edit]... that the church St. Patrokli, which holds the relics of its patron saint since 964, is known for its Tower of Westphalia (pictured)?
Created by Furius (talk). Nominated by Gerda Arendt (talk) at 08:08, 31 March 2014 (UTC).
- I'd like to suggest an alternative hook just to keep the verb tenses straight and with a wikilink to clarify what relics of a saint are:

- I like ALT1. This might be a church for Easter, 20 April, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:40, 2 April 2014 (UTC)
- I agree, this is a fine article and is very close to "Good Article". Looks as if this would easily pass a review if there was a citation on every paragraph. There are only a few missing but a couple are fairly large and need to be reffed. Thanks for this contribution and a nomination. Victuallers (talk) 08:42, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
- The typical problem with translations from German: the article is based on books that the translator doesn't have. What do you think of the thought that the cited parts are long enough fo DYK, and the others can be accepted AGF? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 11:38, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
- I've found that after translation it is frequently possible to find new refs. I think you will find that each major para now has one reference. Unfortunately I can no longer review the article as I have made quite a few changes. Hope you like it. Oh and its 954. Cheers Victuallers (talk) 20:32, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
- Wonderful, thank you! I am only the nominator, and was busy elsewhere ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:37, 16 April 2014 (UTC)
- after reviewer got into writing, --Gerda Arendt (talk) 21:39, 16 April 2014 (UTC)

ALT1 hook short enough, article long enough, no copyvio issues, image checks out, etc. Good to go! Montanabw(talk) 04:35, 20 April 2014 (UTC)
