- new enough, long enough, neutral and well cited. No copyvio or close paraphrasing. Hook is very interesting (or at least I think so) and short enough. Work is free and used in the article and looks fine at the smaller size. QPQ is done. Source is not in English, but from what I can make out through Google translate, verifies the hook.
