South End–Groesbeckville Historic District
[edit]- ... that the architectural diversity of the South End of Albany, New York (Clinton Street, pictured), is a result of most of its rowhouses being built singly by their owners rather than in groups by developers?
- ALT1:... that the incorporation of Groesbeckville into the South End of Albany, New York (Clinton Street, pictured), was the first expansion of the city's southern boundary since it was established?
- Comment: Source for main hook is on p.4 and 117 of cited document; source for ALT1 is on p. 114

- Someone else needs to review this. I am unable to open Source #2, and that seems to be the sourcing on most of the article. My browser just pulls up a white page with nothing on it. And if I go to the National Park Service and search for this by its number 84002062, it gives me This, which is in itself a blank page with the NHRP logo and a message that this record has not been digitalized.
