Serafín Zambada Ortiz
[edit]... that drug trafficker Serafín Zambada Ortiz was implicated in organized crime for uploading pictures on Twitter and Facebook with members of the Sinaloa Cartel?
Created/expanded by ComputerJA (talk). Self nominated at 19:16, 26 November 2013 (UTC).
- Style, format and referencing all appear fine, assuming good faith on non-English references. Checked and passed for copyvio. Looks good to me. --benlisquareT•C•E 11:49, 16 December 2013 (UTC)
- Whoa, whoa. Alleged drug trafficker. He hasn't been convicted. The article makes this clear, but the hook really needs to as well. It should be OK with this:
- ALT1
... that alleged drug trafficker Serafín Zambada Ortiz was implicated in organized crime for uploading pictures on Twitter and Facebook with members of the Sinaloa Cartel?
- Actually, on second thoughts, no. In the article, it seems that it his lawyer is even disputing whether the Facebook and Twitter accounts were his, so this hook definitely needs a lot of work to be in line with the article content, and with WP:BIO. -Kieran (talk) 18:39, 20 December 2013 (UTC)
- How about:
- ALT2: ... that alleged drug trafficker Serafín Zambada Ortiz was arrested by US federal agents when he went out to do some Christmas shopping? Yoninah (talk) 18:08, 26 December 2013 (UTC)
- Have struck original hook and ALT1 due to issues raised. A new review should, in addition to checking ALT2, neutrality and BLP issues, also probably recheck close paraphrasing directly against the referenced sources, since the Copyvio tool doesn't check the actual sources, just does an undefined check around the web.
