• Y Article is long enough (1931 characters), new enough (created 6 September, nominated 13 September, which is exactly 7 days later, so fine) and article is within policy. German language sources look to check out fine, AGF on the one offline source
• ? Hook is short enough, in the article, interesting and well cited. However, I think it's better English to say is the venue of a popular annual horse show rather than is annually the venue of a popular horse show
• N QPQ not yet done
• Y Image is freely licenced, in the article and looks good at low resolution. It will need a caption added

  Thank you! I reviewed Template:Did you know nominations/Mabel Smyth Memorial Building, and added a caption. I am fine with the better wording. The horse show is actually a social event where some people want to be seen, not just popular. I wonder if I should the green noisy parrots (only needing translation from the German) and the recent renaturalisation of the creek which I saw happen but couldn't find a source yet.
