- Comment: possible halloween hook?
5x expanded by Claire Paillard 46 (talk). Nominated by Casliber (talk) at 11:50, 17 October 2019 (UTC).
- This article is a five-fold expansion and is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline and I have added ALT1, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. A QPQ has been done. For Halloween? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:04, 21 October 2019 (UTC)
- Firstly, the hook is not accurate because the source says it's like the sound of the bird "taking someone's eye out", not the sound of the person having his eye pulled out. Secondly, the article says this may be a misattributed bird call, and I can't see any reason why we should run a hook that may be erroneous, so I think a new hook will be required. - ALT2 ... that the Satanic nightjar can make a growling noise when disturbed?
