  • Doesn't sound like there was much combat. The interview makes it sound as if it was a quick zip, kill, take 'er home. Also, the paraphrasing on this bit of the article is a little close: compare "lash his sheath knife to a boat hook and lunged" and "lashed his sheath knife to a boat hook, and in one lunge" — Crisco 1492 (talk) 23:30, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
  • No, but since this is intended to be an April Fools entry, I took a loose interpretation of combat for effect. Something along the lines of how you still get a fighting major penalty in hockey if your opponent drops you before you even throw a punch.  ;) I have reworded that passage, however. • Alright, good to go. New enough, long enough, hook is interesting, haven't found any paraphrasing that gives me pause. You should move this back to the subpage now. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 00:03, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
  • I hope it's not too late for me to suggest an alternative hook. What do you think of the following? Prioryman (talk) 01:04, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Har har har, I like that. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 01:11, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
  • That alt is lucky this isn't a BLP! ;) Resolute 01:12, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
  • We could maybe stretch a point a bit and try this one... Prioryman (talk) 01:17, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Not a fan of that one. In this case, the truth is ridiculous to the point where there's no real need to stretch that far. Resolute 01:25, 24 January 2013 (UTC)
