- Reviewing...new enough, interesting hook, long enough. Will complete soon. Whispyhistory (talk) 06:41, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
- ....Copyvio okay, QPQ provided, long enough. I see a problem with "maybe" and "likely". I can't see where it says in any source that definitely "Sahar Saleem was part of the team that proved that Ramesses III died in the harem conspiracy". The source says "likely cause of death was a slit throat". Otherwise the proposed hook is okay. Thank you for writing the article Achaea. I have done some editing so please check it is okay with you. Can you think of a more definite hook or emphasize the probability in a hook? Calling @Philafrenzy: to help if able. Whispyhistory (talk) 17:29, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
- Let's get the first hook right. I suggest that she theorised based on CT scans that he died from the knee fracture and not from the head injury. Please develop a hook along those lines. Philafrenzy (talk) 18:49, 13 February 2020 (UTC)
- ALT0a:... that radiologist Sahar Saleem developed the theory that Tutankhamun died from a knee fracture based on CT scans of his mummy?
- ALT0b:... that radiologist Sahar Saleem performed CT scans on Tutankhamun, the results of which caused her to develop the theory that he died from a knee fracture?

- @Achaea:...Will get there. What did Saleem (?also spelled Selim) actually find? I find a number of alternative conclusions eg a fractured femur, no evidence of other disease, evidence of malaria and one where someone disputes the findings. See this. Is it correct to say died from a fracture or complications from a fracture? Sounds more like "according to Sahar Saleem, Tutankhamun may have died following a broken leg and not a blow to the head". Whispyhistory (talk) 09:17, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
- @Whispyhistory: Ashraf Selim is a different person from Sahar Saleem. I'm using this source, which is cited in the article, and says that "Saleem came up with a new theory: Tut probably died from a bad knee fracture instead." So even if there are alternative explanations, it is still true that Saleem developed the theory that he died from the knee fracture. Achaea (talk) 12:59, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
- Thank you @Achaea: for clarifying the names. I checked the fracture in Saleem's book which has the x-ray showing a fracture of distal femur (affecting knee) so okay and approving ALT0b. A hook around "Tutankhamun dying following a broken leg and not a blow to the head" would have also been an alternative and ALT0a sounds like it refers to Saleem's mummy. You found a very interesting article topic. If anyone can think of another hook, I am happy to review it. Whispyhistory (talk) 15:29, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
- ALT0c:... that Egyptian radiologist Sahar Saleem used CT scans of Tutankhamun's body to theorise that he died from the effects of a knee fracture? Philafrenzy (talk) 16:25, 14 February 2020 (UTC)
- okay too, thank you Whispyhistory (talk) 06:05, 15 February 2020 (UTC)
