Ryszard Siwiec
[edit]- ... that Ryszard Siwiec, protesting the Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia, was the first political protester to commit suicide by self-immolation in Central and Eastern Europe?
- Reviewed: Sir Charles Saxton, 1st Baronet
- Comment: Feel free to suggest an alt that would use the world protest only once. Please keep all the ilinks.
5x expanded by Piotrus (talk). Self nominated at 02:54, 10 September 2013 (UTC).
- Interesting article. Hook and everything else well supported with inline citations. Expanded from 1,930 characters (295 words) "readable prose size" to 9,415 characters (1491 words) "readable prose size", at present: 235 characters short of 5x expansion according to DYK eligibility scan results, which is not a problem at all, and can easily be fixed. Good to go. Thanks, Poeticbent talk 04:25, 30 September 2013 (UTC)
