Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis
[edit]- ... that Rockstar Games, known for their Grand Theft Auto series, developed a table tennis simulation game?
- ALT1:... that the game engine used for games such as Red Dead Redemption and Grand Theft Auto V was first used for a table tennis simulation game?
- ALT2:... that journalists were surprised by the announcement of Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis, due to the developer's reputation for producing mature titles?

- Promoted to GA status few hours ago. Article is long enough, no copyright violation, and have plenty of sources. I personally prefer ALT2. QPQ done, Hook is interesting, supported by reliable source and of suitable length. Impressive work. AdrianGamer (talk) 12:55, 23 June 2015 (UTC)
- There is some close paraphrasing:
- Source: the character automatically goes into the Full Focus state, making their shots more effective and faster
- Article: players enter the Full Focus state, making their shots more effective and faster
- Source: In Exhibition mode, you play against individual players in non-ranked matches you set up ... In Tournament mode, you play through various circuits against a variety of players in different locations
- Article: Tournament, where players participate through various circuits against a variety of players; and Exhibition, where players challenge individual players in non-ranked matches
- I also have a question about the choice of wording in ALT2 and in the article. I didn't see the expression "mature titles" in the source, and wonder if the games the company previously produced were indeed "mature"? Isn't table tennis a more "mature" title than Grant Theft Auto? Yoninah (talk) 19:08, 24 June 2015 (UTC)
- Thanks for your comments, Yoninah. I fixed some of the paraphrasing issues that you had.
- Grand Theft Auto is a video game series that features violence (beating people to death, torture sequences), drugs (taking drugs, selling drugs, buying drugs) and sex (prostitution, nudity), among many other things. Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis is a video game that features hitting a ball across a small table. This is what the word "mature" is referring to, in this context.
- Let me know if you have any further concerns. -- Rhain1999 (talk to me) 03:30, 26 June 2015 (UTC)
