Raid on Brandenburg
[edit]... that in 1326 pagan Lithuanians were allowed by Pope John XXII to raid the Holy Roman Empire?
Created by Lietuvininkas (talk). Nominated by Piotrus (talk) at 18:18, 28 July 2013 (UTC).
- Nice little article. Age and length good; meets policy. However, this hook doesn't link to the article! This could be fixed by changing the hook to ALT1: ... that in 1326 pagan Lithuanians were allowed by Pope John XXII to raid Brandenburg, part of the Holy Roman Empire? - Anything happening here? Time for a re-review? --PFHLai (talk) 06:20, 13 August 2013 (UTC)
- I guess it needs a re-review, as a nominator I cannot do so - but I'll throw my support behind the ALT1. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 08:17, 13 August 2013 (UTC)
- Seems good to me. The article is new enough, long, is neutral and has inline citations. ALT hook is short enough, interesting, neutral. Hook is cited, albeit with two citations (that the Lithuanians were pagan is not mentioned in reference 3, but in reference 7, which I'll assume is correct in good faith. QPQ not needed.
