5x expanded, long enough, neutral, verifiable (AGF since two major sources are offline), no close paraphrasing or copyvios detected. Hook short enough and cited (AGF for book source). I question how interesting the hook is, though. Few people would find a listing of local products interesting, barring an oddity on the list.
