Protecting Children from Internet Pornographers Act of 2011
[edit]- ... that use of the data ISPs would be forced to retain under the Protecting Children from Internet Pornographers Act of 2011 would not be limited to investigations of child pornography, but would be available for law enforcement perusal for any issue, without probable cause?
Created/expanded by Kgorman-ucb (talk). Nominated by Iristotle (talk) at 05:09, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
- This doesn't meet the 5x fold expansion requirement to be on DYK, so the request cannot go forward. I think I closed the request correctly, but if I didn't, anyone feel free to fix it :) Kevin (kgorman-ucb) (talk) 07:01, 6 March 2012 (UTC)
