Princess Academy: Palace of Stone
- ... that Shannon Hale gave her publisher the sequel novel Princess Academy: Palace of Stone instead of the sci-fi novel she had a contract to write? Source: "She had a contract for another book that her publisher was expecting ... she figured it would be OK to write the sequel instead .... There is her current book project, "Fireteam" (the one she was supposed to be writing when she wrote "Palace of Stone”), which is a sci-fi superhero novel." ... that the word "revolution" inspired Shannon Hale to write the sequel novel Princess Academy: Palace of Stone?Source: "One of those loud ideas became Palace of Stone. Hale writes on her website that she hadn't planned to revisit the world of Princess Academy . But one day, as she thought about the novel's heroine, "a word popped into my mind: Revolution. Every time I thought about Miri and the unwritten sequel, that word would sparkle, tempting, inviting: Revolution."" - New enough, long enough, neutrally written, well referenced, no close paraphrasing seen. ALT0 is hooky; hook ref verified and cited inline. Image is fair use. I have tagged the plot section, however, as being excessively long; it takes up more than half the article. Please shorten it and we can proceed. QPQ done (although not necessary for nominator with less than 5 DYK credits). Yoninah (talk) 15:45, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
- Ok, I condensed it into two paragraphs. Let me know if it still needs to be shorter. Thank you! Cstickel(byu) (talk) 19:53, 11 May 2020 (UTC)
