Plant
- ... that plants have some of the largest genomes in nature, with the wheat genome encoding about 94,000 genes, nearly five times as many as the human genome? Source: https://acsess.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.3835/plantgenome2013.03.0001in https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3510651/

Overall: Hiya. Review as follows: article is new enough, long enough, well-sourced neutral and plagiarism-free. Hook is cited, but I have no idea what is it saying, as a non-expert, and it seems that readers would be more likely to click on the genome article rather than the plant article. QPQ not needed. - I am not an expert either in any way, but I figured it wasn't too technical. How should I change it? Cessaune [talk] 15:21, 29 August 2023 (UTC)

- @Cessaune: I like ALT1 - if you like it too I will take over this review and complete it as I don't think @Pamzeis: is allowed to approve a hook they thought of.Chidgk1 (talk) 16:43, 28 September 2023 (UTC)
- @Cessaune: Do you like ALT1? Chidgk1 (talk) 13:28, 29 September 2023 (UTC)
- Yes; sorry for the delay. Cessaune [talk] 18:00, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
- As I am using this for QPQ I am going to spend a little time and try hard to find a few minor things to improve. As they will likely be out of scope of DYK feel free to reject or not consider them if you are busy. Firstly could metric be put first and imperial in brackets (for example the heights in the "diversity" section)? Chidgk1 (talk) 18:39, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
- I would find the "Anatomy of a seed plant" diagram easier to follow if the wording was on the diagram itself. Chidgk1 (talk) 19:04, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
- Good to go with ALT1 Chidgk1 (talk) 19:31, 5 October 2023 (UTC)
