Phoenix Arising
[edit]- ... that Phoenix Arising for bassoon and piano was composed by Graham Waterhouse in memory of his father William Waterhouse, who believed in his instrument's "broad expressive possibilities"?

New article is long enough, neutrally written and well-cited, with no traces of copyvio. Hook is perhaps a little Byzantine but can be verified from two online sources. QPQ done, ready to go.
