Passport to Pimlico
[edit]- ... that the film Passport to Pimlico (1949) is dedicated to the memory of Second World War British food and clothing ration coupons? Improved to Good Article status by The Bounder (talk). Self-nominated at 05:41, 18 October 2016 (UTC).
- Article is big enough, and was promoted to GA status in the timeframe required. Correct person credited. Seems to be neutral/encyclopedic. No copyright infringement detected. Article is cited enough. On the QPQ review side, there should be far more detail about what was checked, so we can tell what was not checked. (Based on my knowledge, Hawkeye7 is going to do a good DYK nomination, but we never actually assume that. in a review there should be comments that confirm that the different requirements are satisfied, and in this case there was an image, so there should be at least two statements about that). But since this is The Bounder's first nomination, a QPQ is not actually required. The hook is in the article and is cited and short enough. However I cannot consult this off line book, so assume good faith. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 23:38, 19 October 2016 (UTC)
