This substantial article is a five-fold expansion and is new enough and long enough. Approving ALT0 and ALT1, both of which are cited inline. Striking ALT2 which is less interesting to a general public (like me) who know little of eastern European history. The article is neutral and the references are unavailable to me. QPQ has been done.
