This article is new enough and long enough. The article is neutral and appears to be compliant with policy. I think the first hook is better, but neither hook is permissible because they are too long (210 and 220 characters). Also, the matter of the diamond was only one of the factors that may have persuaded the jury, so we need a shorter hook that does not pin the conviction entirely on the diamond.
