More popular than Jesus
[edit]- ... that in a 1966 interview John Lennon remarked that the Beatles were "more popular than Jesus"?
- Reviewed: Not a self-nomination
Improved to Good Article status by Ritchie333 (talk). Nominated by Oceanh (talk) at 14:54, 15 August 2014 (UTC).
- I added a comma as the fact begins with a prepositional phrase, but other than that, it looks fine. The hook is interesting, cited, neutral and short enough, the article was looks fine as it was promoted to GA status just two days ago, and QPQ is not an issue as this is not a self-nomination. --Bentvfan54321 (talk) 17:45, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
- This is DYK, not Webster's. Comma removed for reading ease. Yoninah (talk) 20:44, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
- My mistake. Still getting used to the DYK guidelines. --Bentvfan54321 (talk) 21:22, 16 August 2014 (UTC)
