Mela Tenenbaum
[edit]- ... that violinist Mela Tenenbaum played a viola recital, described as "spontaneous and uninhibited, dramatic with an exciting touch of recklessness"?
- Reviewed: Preservation of kobzar music
- Comment: kind of quirky, firstly that a violinist plays viola, and then the contradiction to all the viola jokes ;)

- Hook not very interesting or unusual. It's almost like saying "Mela played the viola and once played in front of an audience". Also, the lede could be a bit longer and more informative, i.e.lacks basic info', like DOB, etc. -- Gwillhickers (talk) 00:00, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
- There was a time when women performers didn't give away their date of birth. Lead expanded a bit.
- ALT1: ... that violinist Mela Tenenbaum recorded in the US works that Dmitri Klebanov had composed for her in Ukraine, including Japanese Silhouettes for soprano, viola d'amore and ensemble? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 12:14, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
- Much better! -- Gwillhickers (talk) 16:56, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
- Hook (ALT1) is interesting and informative. Hook length and article length okay. Article creation date okay (Sept.17th). Sources for hook and article check. No dup links and no close paraphrasing. QPQ okay. Article is good to go. -- Gwillhickers (talk) 18:31, 20 September 2014 (UTC)
