- Detailed artice on an interesting life, well organized, in excellent prose, based on plenty of good sources. You offered three hooks, and none of them arrests me as the lead sentence does: "who was particularly active in her support of contemporary art, and of the use of textiles as a medium". Some women's friendship celebrated by another, - where are art and fabric? ALT1: shortly before it ends we get to "artists". (Easy repair: "resident artists"). ALT2: I know who O'Keeffe is, but don't trust our general readership to know that. All hooks: Once you read the article you understand that The Fabric Workshop is a place for art with fabric, but I have my doubts again ... - I didn't get it before. Try harder, please, or I will approve one of these ;) - I love this quote: "to explore, to take liberties, to be a studio and laboratory of new design, unhampered by rules and precedents." If only that was applied to Wikipedia, imagine!! --Gerda Arendt (talk) 15:53, 18 April 2016 (UTC)
- ALT4:... that Marion Boulton Stroud created The Fabric Workshop as a place for artists "to explore, to take liberties, to be a studio and laboratory of new design"? Mary Mark Ockerbloom (talk) 14:23, 23 April 2016 (UTC) @Gerda Arendt:, if you like ALT4, feel free to strike the other three.
