New enough (expanded 9/21, nominated 9/24), long enough (expanded from 318 to 1,938 characters), neutral, well cited (though only three sources, but that's fine), no substantial close paraphrasing issues detected (just proper names), hook is long but not too long (189 characters; maybe consider changing "the World's Congress of Representative Women in Chicago in 1893?" to "the 1893 World's Congress of Representative Women in Chicago?" to trim just a bit?), content is interesting, cited in article and in source (ref 1), QPQ done, no image. The hook reads like a bio and there are some very long links there. How about:- ALT1: that the National Council of Women of Australia made Margaret Windeyer an honorary life president in 1918, though she had never been a member of the council's executive board?
