Maheshinte Prathikaaram
[edit]... that the hero of the film, Maheshinte Prathikaaram, who pledges never to wear slippers until his enemy is avenged was based on a real-life incident?
- ALT1:... that the costumes in the film, Maheshinte Prathikaaram were secondhand, bartered from local residents in exchange for new clothes?

- Both the article and the hook betray a misunderstanding of the meaning of the word avenge. EEng 04:45, 10 August 2016 (UTC)
- @EEng: Are you suggesting "revenge". Charles Turing (talk) 10:18, 14 August 2016 (UTC)

- [2 of 2] This newly promoted GA is new enough and long enough. Approving ALT1 which has inline citations. ALT0 is also true but we can leave it because of the unresolved avenge/revenge issue. The article is neutral, and the spot checks I made did not reveal any policy issues. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:11, 26 August 2016 (UTC)
