Luftwaffe guards at concentration camps

[edit]

  • Article is long enough and new enough. Can't access most of the sources but I note that source #45 apparently doesn't mention the content sourced to it. No copyvio or plagiarism with the caveat mentione before of course. I prefer the first hook, it is in the article. QPQ is reasonable. • Hello Jo-Jo Eumerus, thanks for the quick review. I noticed that I misspelled the name of the airfield. Other than that, I think the claims are supported by the source. It states that "The guards at Hailfingen concentration camp consisted almost exclusively of members of the Luftwaffe who had become unable to do service at the front." Elsewhere, that 190 prisoners died there. You can download the Encyclopedia of Camps and Ghettos for free at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum web site if you would like to check other claims. • @Catrìona: Many of our readers will not know that the Luftwaffe were the aerial branch of the military, and the significance of the proposed hook will be lost on them. Could we have a slightly longer hook that mentioned this aspect? Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:42, 15 November 2018 (UTC)
I don't think they allow parentheses on the main page. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 09:27, 15 November 2018 (UTC)
