- Thanks for reviewing, Gerda, and for removing the stub tag which I had completely forgotten about. ;-) What Google Books will show will vary from country to country, but at least in the UK, if you click on the linked source corresponding in the footnote (Eisen and Keefe (2006) p.462), you should be able to see it...
