Lorraine Monk
- ... that Canadian photographer and producer Lorraine Monk's book Between Friends / Entre Amis was Canada's gift to the United States on their bicentennial in 1976? Source: Globe and Mail

- Article was featured in ITN as a "Recent Death", which is not a bolded link, hence the article is still eligible for DYK. It is a 5x expansion. The article is well sourced with citations throughout, including at least one in every paragraph. The hook fact is interesting enough and cited inline in the article. It appears neutrally written. QPQ is provided. Earwig has some copyvio concerns with the Globe and Mail piece cited about 20 times, but it is about phrases like "National Gallery of Canada" and the quoted statement "photographs were not merely vehicles of information". Good to go. Thanks for the book. – Muboshgu (talk) 03:30, 12 January 2021 (UTC)
