Left Column (theater troupe)
[edit]... that the Left Column was a famous German agitprop theater troupe during the Weimar Republic?
- ALT1:... that the Left Column theater troupe left Germany on the eve of Nazism only to lose many members to the Stalinist purges?

- Date and length are fine. The suggested hook is of a generalist nature and not supported by a specific statement in the article. I would go with ALT1 which is supported by a citation in German which is accepted in good faith. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 10:32, 11 December 2011 (UTC)
