• Comment: ALT1 is my favorite and cited inline. Most sources are offline given the fact that this criminal was active in the pre-Internet era.

• As usual for MX's work, the article is well-researched and interesting. It is new and long enough. In addition, the hooks themselves are all in-lined cited and interesting, though I also prefer ALT1. There are no copvyvio problems and the QPQ is done. This is good to go.
