Overall: Thank you for this article, a story which needed to be told. I have carried out a quick copyedit of the article, for syntax and grammar, because it was quicker and easier to do that, than to explain each tiny issue and ask you to do it. No content has been changed. This does not affect DYK. Earwig finds a few short phrases in the source which match those in the article, but they are not worth re-phrasing.
