Kerala Legislative Assembly election, 1960
[edit]- ... that the 1960 Kerala assembly elections were held as the Central government dismissed the communist government even though they had the majority support within the assembly?
- ALT1:... that Congress formed a pre-poll alliance with Praja Socialist Party and Muslim League to counter communist government in 1960 Kerala assembly elections?
- Reviewed: No. This is my second nomination for DYK and I have less than 5 DYK credits, so may be exempted from review at this moment. I will try to review as I will gain experience about the same.

- The article was new enough at the time of nomination, is long enough (just over 2,000 characters of prose). Everything is cited clearly, in a neutral fashion, and I have no concerns about plagiarism. I've made a few changes to the listed results - although they matched the cited source, another source already used in the article breaks them down more clearly. That work by Nossiter has a lot of information on this election, which could be used to further expand the article. The hook is fine; ALT1 also checks out, but I think the main hook is more interesting. No QPQ is required, so this is good to go. Warofdreams talk 11:35, 7 September 2015 (UTC)
