- article is long enough, new enough and within policy. Hook is short enough and interesting (note, linked NFL in the hook). Awaiting QPQ BeanieFan11. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 21:25, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
- The hook is a bit confusing. What does "organized football game" mean? If you get the context, yes it's interesting, but without the context it may be confusing. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 00:36, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- I find it understandable, but would saying something like, e.g., his first "formal" game, be better? BeanieFan11 (talk) 01:28, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- I don't think that helps. If the point is that the first he placed an actual game of American football while in the NFL and never played the game before, that could probably be made clearer. Adding that he actually started out as a basketball player might also add interest. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 01:51, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- As an aside, it's almost a week since the nomination so a QPQ will need to be given sooner rather than later. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 01:51, 20 May 2024 (UTC)
- Will do tomorrow. BeanieFan11 (talk) 02:02, 20 May 2024 (UTC)

- Throwing out some possible ALTs, re-wording is welcome:
- ALT1 ... that Kenneth Odumegwu played soccer and basketball in Nigeria before being selected as part of the NFL's International Player Pathway Program?
- ALT2 ... that prior to appearing for the Green Bay Packers in a 2023 pre-season game, Kenneth Odumegwu had never played an organized American football game before?
- There might be a better way to word ALT2 to address my concerns about what "organized" means, these suggestions are more for brainstorming purposes. Pinging Gonzo_fan2007 for his thoughts. Narutolovehinata5 (talk · contributions) 09:07, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
- I am fine with Alt2 if Beanie is. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 20:54, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
- Meh, I don't think that's as interesting a hook, not to mention I'm not sure I see how that would alleviate the "organized" concern? Though, if we're going with that style, what about: ALT3 ... that prior to playing in the NFL, Kenneth Odumegwu had never appeared in an organized American football game? BeanieFan11 (talk) 23:08, 21 May 2024 (UTC)
- to ALT3. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 14:42, 22 May 2024 (UTC)
