Kehidupan
[edit]- ... that Jockie Soerjoprajogo has refused God Bless permission to play "Kehidupan", his composition and one of the band's biggest hits?
- ALT1:... that God Bless has been refused permission to sing "Kehidupan", one of their band's biggest hits and ranked as the 8th best Indonesian song of all time by Rolling Stone Indonesia, by the song's writer?

- Good to go. Prose length about 2180 characters: OK. New article: yes. General quality of article fine (the footnote + bibliography double structure is a little unusual, but acceptable). Hooked information correctly sourced: yes (i can read Bahasa Indonesia and the info is clearly there). The main hook is fine and better than the ALT1 hook, which is 201 characters and not short and snappy enough. (I'm sort of wondering if a pun such as ... didn't give his blessing for God Bless to play ... might work, but i don't think it would. "Didn't give his blessing" is a bit vague, and risks having a Christian connotation, whereas the sources and article clearly say that he refused permission, not just that he didn't approve.) - Thanks for the review. I like the pun idea, actually. I don't think "blessing" is inherently Christian, as phrases like "count our blessings" can be used by atheists, Hindus, Buddhists, Muslims, and Christians. Crisco 1492 (talk) 08:39, 16 January 2012 (UTC)
