- Article was newly created and is sufficiently long. It appears to be written neutrally and has inline citations throughout, including ref #1, which supports the hook fact. QPQ is done. The lack of a checkmark is only due to the ongoing AfD. It appears to be heading to a !keep result, which is why I felt okay reviewing.
