- Article is new enough and long enough, and that hook is certainly unexpected! I don't see any textual issues, there are sufficient inline citations, the hook fact is in the article and immediately cited, and there's a QPQ. Looks ready to go. Raymie (t • c) 07:04, 21 February 2020 (UTC)
- Hi, I came by to promote this, but I don't see anything about an all-male staff in the article or the source. Yoninah (talk) 21:13, 22 February 2020 (UTC)
- @Yoninah: I added a source from The Japan Times that talks about how the cafe was conceived as version of maid cafes for female customers; if that's not sufficient, I think it's fine to just say "the service staff dress as butlers." Morgan695 (talk) 23:06, 22 February 2020 (UTC)
- Well, since the article doesn't say "all-male", we'll do without it in the hook. Restoring tick per Raymie's review. Yoninah (talk) 11:31, 23 February 2020 (UTC)
- This was made into a double hook. The second article, Butler café, was dealt with at WT:DYK. MANdARAX • XAЯAbИAM 20:29, 24 February 2020 (UTC)
