Jubbet ad-Dib
[edit]- ... that Jubbet ad-Dib was established near Bethlehem by Bedouin from the Bani Harb in 1929?

- long enough and new enough. But, there is no citation for the hook and in the source most referenced I do not see that the Bedouin founded it (as the hook states) or that they named it (as the article states) all I see is that they lived there.--Ishtar456 (talk) 11:23, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- You also need to review another nomination as per the DYK rules. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 11:30, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- The source states "The locality of Jubbet adh Dhib was established in 1929 ... origin of Jubbet adh Dhib residents goes back to the Arabian Peninsula (Cayman) and the tribe of Bani Harb." I have taken this to mean that the Harb Bedouins who lived in the area as nomads prior established the town in 1929. I changed "founded" to "established" in the hook. As for the naming, I'll clarify this in the article promptly. QPQ's on the way. --Al Ameer son (talk) 16:56, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- with that explanation, I am okay with either wording, but the citation has to immediately follow the hook fact and you also have to review another article before this one is accepted. Just let me know when those things are done and you will be all set. --Ishtar456 (talk) 17:09, 24 March 2012 (UTC)
- QPQ and hook citation taken care of. --Al Ameer son (talk) 02:02, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
