- Other problems: - I would suggest shortening it, focusing on The Ghosts of Versailles, and including in the hook and article that he had only 5 days preparation for the role

Overall: See my suggestion about the hook. Also, while the article is long enough for DYK, and covers basic facts, I think it would add interest and make it more complete to include more information from the sources about how he started singing [3], and other places he has sung, including England, France, Spain, Venezuela, etc. RebeccaGreen (talk) 13:46, 26 October 2019 (UTC)
- I felt like improving four articles because the subjects died, - sorry about too little time for this one. Go ahead, add, be a co-author. Did you see the video of Manon? Understand that for Halloween's sake, the focus should be on ghosts. Also, I'm tired of arguing about hooks. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:31, 26 October 2019 (UTC)
- @RebeccaGreen: yes, please fix it up for a Halloween appearance. Thanks, Yoninah (talk) 23:13, 26 October 2019 (UTC)
- Gerda Arendt, Yoninah, OK, I have added a bit to the article, and on re-reading, it seems that he had 5 days preparation before rehearsals started - a bit less frightening than 5 days before the opening! For an alternative hook, I would suggest something like this:
- ALT1 ... that the American tenor Joshua Guerrero stepped in at late notice to sing Almaviva in a Grammy Award-winning production of The Ghosts of Versailles?
- We now need someone to review ALT1. RebeccaGreen (talk) 04:12, 27 October 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you so much, Rebecca! I am afraid the hook is too real for a Halloween hook ;) - Compare ... that a "monster" confessed dramatically, "My heart swims in blood"? - Did you see the Manon video? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:25, 27 October 2019 (UTC)
