Jessie Ace and Margaret Wright (nee Ace)
[edit]- ... that sisters Jessie Ace and Margaret Wright (pictured) used their shawls as a rope to rescue lifeboat crew who had fallen overboard during the rescue of a German barque in 1883? Overall: Nice story! – Lionel(talk) 03:06, 16 March 2018 (UTC)
I will correct the hook citation i think there were two wales online citations. Also will add other missing citations. Nejaby (talk) 08:58, 16 March 2018 (UTC)
Citation in hook corrected (had wrong Wales online article) Citations added for the other queries. Is this okay now? Thanks Nejaby (talk) 19:44, 16 March 2018 (UTC) @Lionelt:
- Looks good! All issues resolved this is approved. Congratulations on your first DYK! I forgot to add to the review that the photo checked out as PD. Also, I took the liberty and made a minor edit to the hook which you can discard of you like. "nee" is unnecessary. This is for extra credit: I recommend that you rename the article and drop the "nee." – Lionel(talk) 02:36, 17 March 2018 (UTC)
