- Article is of sufficient length and newness. The hook is supported by an online source. Most of the sources are offline but I didn't notice any particular problems with the ones that were available online. Perhaps a slight reword to get us to the article subject quicker would be this: "... that J. A. Chapman, a 19th-century mayor of Portland, Oregon, died after driving his buggy into a telephone wire?"
