Article is new enough, barely long enough (just above 1,500 characters), neutral, and well referenced. QPQ is done. Image is public domain. Hook is verified, but I find it rather boring. How about:
ALT1 ... that Obama was Governor-General of Taiwan?

@Zanhe: Except that he wasn't Governor-General of Taiwan, he was Chief of Internal Affairs for the Governor-General of Taiwan. Perhaps:

ALT2: ... that Obama was Governor of Fukui Prefecture in Japan?

or:

ALT3: ... that Obama was Chief of Internal Affairs for the Governor-General of Taiwan?

You're right. Let's go with ALT2 (I've added "in Japan" to clarify the hook). The source is offline, but I was able to verify it at the Fukui Prefecture website. For April 1 please. -Zanhe (talk) 00:41, 25 February 2018 (UTC)
