Irazú (satellite)

[edit]
  • ... that funds needed to launch the Costa Rican satellite, Irazú, into space came through a kickstarter crowdfunding campaign? Source: [1]
    • ALT1:... that Irazú, the first Costa Rican satellite in space will only orbit the earth for six months? Source: [2]
    • ALT2:... that the Costa Rican satellite Irazú was onboard the same space rocket that carried 1KUNS-PF, the first Kenyan satellite into space? Source: [3]

  • New and long enough. Well sourced, inline citations and interesting subject. I prefer the original hook. QPQ is provided. Good to go. Javier Espinoza (talk) 00:01, 18 May 2018 (UTC)
  • Hello, I came to promote this, but ALT0 needs to be revised: while the hook states that Kickstarter was what funded the satellite's development, the article states that only part of the funds came from Kickstarter, with the rest coming from a Costa Rican government agency. I've struck ALT1 and ALT2 per Jaespinoza's review: as such, before this can be promoted, ALT0 needs to be modified. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 12:24, 20 May 2018 (UTC)
@Narutolovehinata5:Thanks for your review. May I point to you that from the article it says that the money needed to launch the satellite came from Kickstarter. The hook is not suggesting that all the money came from kickstarter but only the amount needed to LAUNCH it into space which the article says it was the last part of the satellite's development. In any case if it make you feel Ok about the hook, I will modify it with the hook below. CrossTemple Jay 08:37, 21 May 2018 (UTC)
